Your Instructor & Guide
For Lorna, fitness has never been about chasing a number on a scale. It’s about building confidence, strengthening your mindset, and discovering what you’re capable of when you refuse to give up.
As a U.S. Coast Guard Security Forces veteran, certified indoor cycling instructor, graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Leadership and Management School (LAMS), and motivational speaker, Lorna brings a unique combination of discipline,
leadership, and compassion to every class she leads.
During her 13 years in the U.S. Coast Guard Security Forces, physical fitness wasn’t simply encouraged—it was a way of life. Every day demanded discipline, resilience, teamwork, and accountability. While enforcing federal law and serving her country, she also motivated and mentored others, learning that true leadership is about inspiring people to believe in themselves and achieve more than they thought possible.
Although her military career came to an end, her mission to serve others never did – it simply found a new purpose through fitness.

door, challenge yourself, and walk away feeling stronger – physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Her passion for empowering others extends beyond the studio. Throughout her military career, professional career, and motivational speaking engagements – including presentations at Hoffman Hall Prison in North Philadelphia, PA –
Lorna has encouraged people from all walks of life to embrace resilience, perseverance, and personal growth. Her message has always remained the same: your circumstances do not define you, your past does not determine your future,
and you are capable of far more than you realize.

Cycle
A high-energy indoor cycling experience powered by music and driven by you. Expect climbs, sprints, and choreography to the beat in an atmosphere that feels more like a party than a workout. Designed for all fitness levels.
Hybrid Core
The best of both worlds. This 45-minute class combines indoor cycling with focused core training to build strength, stability, and endurance. You’ll leave feeling stronger from the inside out.
Hybrid Hustle
Half cycle, half strength. Start with an energizing ride and finish with full-body strength training using weights and resistance equipment. A perfect blend of cardio and muscle-building.
Iron Flow
A full-body strength training class focused on controlled movements, time under tension, and proper form. Build muscle, improve endurance, and increase overall strength in a supportive small-group setting.
THE TRILOGY
Three workouts. One class. Endless possibilities.
The Trilogy is a 60-minute signature workout that combines three training styles into one dynamic experience. Every class includes Indoor Cycle plus a rotating combination of Strength Training, Boxing, Core, and Dynamic Stretching & Mobility.
